In the realm of natural burgundies, few winemakers
In the realm of natural burgundies, few winemakers command as much esteem as Marc Soyard, the winemaker behind both domaine de la Cras and, his micro-negoce project Tercet. For the first time, we’ve got enough Tercet to justify offering it out on its own, and we couldn’t be happier to show off what Marc does with diverse terroirs.

These are Burgundy like we wish we could always drink – vibrant and living and redolent of earth. The wines are intense and sublime, beautiful in a hollow-hill or fairy-circle way. They are the sort of wines that accidentally become the centerpiece of a conversation, rather than a mute accompaniment, especially with the unwinding of air or age. See for yourself by checking in on your favorite Coeur wine rep🫡

“A fine, true Loire vintage, fresh and mineral — just the way we like it.” That’s the word from our Rablay-sur-Lyon superstarThomas Batardiere. We agree immensely - a filagreed vintage that is absolutely alive with energy, which is no surprise given Thomas’ talents, philosophical bend and superlative terroir. It’s an absolute struggle to not drink every bottle in the office ourselves, so this is your sign to check in on your favorite Coeur rep 💌💌💌.

The wines from our legendary Aube vigneron, Charles Dufour, are, finally, back in stock, and for the first time, we snagged enough for to offer out to everyone.
Here’s what we said about him after our most recent visit:
“Charles Dufour is, simply put, one of Champagne’s clearest-eyed visionaries, a mad scientist obsessed
with perpetual reserves and aging, almost on a geological scale, punctuated by abrupt disruptions.
Tasting in his cellar is a bit like watching glaciers calve or watching popcorn kernels explode in slow
motion. They are graceful and open, never pliant or one note, truly Champagnes for people who, more
than anything, want to spend time talking and thinking about Champagne.“
While the rarest cuvées are likely gone by the moment you read this, we’ve got a sizable chunk of Dufour’s brilliant bulles de Comptoir #13 and his Francois Martinot Bistrotage ‘20, and, maybe if you’re lucky, a bottle or two of his unbelievable coteaux solera vin de Comptoir l.22.82. This is, sort of, a “run don’t walk” style Instagram post, so with whatever haste you can muster, hit up your favorite rep.

🚨🚨🚨🚨We just received our new drop of the world’s best mezcal from @mezcaloteca, which means that spring is right around the corner. This drop has another lot of the old favorite “breakfast mezcal” with chili and habanero and a gorgeous pechuga from Maestro Job Cortes. In addition, a brand new Tobala from Maestro Aniceto García, and a Papalote from the Maestra Erika Meneses. We can’t wait to share these with you - quantities are, as always, limited so make sure you reach out to your reps.

In the midst of the blizzard of the decade here in NYC, we’re thrilled to be introducing the sunny, elegant and classic wines of Cantina Sòber in the Veneto. High in the hills, Andrea channels the ancient basalt via organic Gargenaga and Durella into wines of poise, joy and flexibility. We’re so happy to share them all with you - either this week if we all ever get dug out of the snow, or at our Portfolio tasting, NOW RESCHEDULED TO MARCH 3 2026 🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡
